Karishma doesn't see a coworking floor — she sees a launchpad for a generation of builders that Chhattisgarh has been waiting for. A first-generation entrepreneur with an instinct for what serious founders actually need, she's the force turning a 8,600 sq. ft. address into a full ecosystem: coffee, compliance, capital, and community, all under one roof.

She leads KRS with a simple conviction — that ambition shouldn't have to leave Raipur to find world-class infrastructure. Every venture in this house carries her fingerprint.
